The York Avenue Elementary School Home & School Association is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing our community of York Avenue Elementary students, staff, teachers, and families. We are parents, caregivers, teachers, and administrators volunteering time to plan and organize fundraising, social, educational and FUN events! ALL of our students' caregivers are members of Home & School, and we invite you to join us in supporting our students and teachers.
Throughout the year, Home & School — at times in conjunction with Parents In Equity — sponsors and coordinates events for students including an Ice Cream Social, Game Night, Go Glow Run, Assemblies, Field Trips, Scholastic Book Fair, and more!
We are committed to supporting our York Avenue Elementary teachers' and staff's educational mission and wellbeing through Classroom Grants, Homeroom Helpers, Appreciation Breakfasts and Lunches, and more.
We strive to enhance the school community and BEE-LIEVE our students can ACHIEVE character through community events and outreach.
